This deliciously soft, light and fluffy Cape Malay rotis are handmade and handrolled. It consists of all the layers that add to its fluffiness.
Sold Frozen – 5 per pack. Each roti weighs 135g and is approximately 23cm in diameter.
Fatima Sydow, the famous Cape Malay food influencer and cookbook author, launches her traditional Cape Malay flaky roti in partnership with M’s Frozen Delights. Made with the technique her mother taught her and is ideal for soaking up all those delicious curry flavours.
Heating Instructions:
- Thaw or defrost to room temperature.
- Fry in warm pan without oil on both sides about 1 to 2 minutes until golden brown.
- Fluff roti between both hands to get its flakiness.
