One sweet platter consisting of 27 peices. This serves about +/-15 people.

9 x Deliciously crisp, mini puff eclairs filled with caramel, fresh cream and topped with chocolate. (these are standard in the box)

Choose between:
9 x Caramal fancies – sponge cake, dipped in jam, rolled into coloured desiccated coconut. Topped with fresh cream and caramel. OR

9 x Custard fancies – sponge cake, dipped in jam, rolled into coloured desiccated coconut. Topped with fresh cream and custard. OR

9 x These are mini pavlovas – meringue-based dessert – topped with fresh cream and seasonal fruit. OR

9 x chocolate, caramel cupcakes – made with chocolate sponge, filled with caramel and a chocolate ganache
