This super easy samoosa dip adds extra flavour to your samoosas, springrolls or even halfmoons. It has a sweet and tangy flavour and takes just 3 minutes to make. Ask the kids to do this while you’re baking off the samoosas. Delicious and convenient.
Ingredients:
1 cup tomato Sauce
1 cup chilli Sauce
1 cup Mrs Balls Chutney
1 tsp whole cumin
2 green chillies
1 clove fresh garlic
1 tsbp mustard seeds
4 curry leaves
Method
Step 1: Add all ingredients together in a blender (except the curry leaves) and liquidise.
Step 2: Add the mixture and curry leaves to a pot, and heat until warm for about 5 minutes.
Step 3: Bottle when cold.
